 For those of you who are interested in reading and listening to news, check out the Special English section of voanews.com. News about many different topics are written in simple sentences, using basic vocabulary. The vocabulary they use can be found in their Word Book. For easy listening, the announcers read the news at a slow pace, so you can hear the words clearly. If you'd like, you can also receive weekly emails of their news scripts.
