Qualifications - Male / Female, age between 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Services or Call Center areas
- Good command of both spoken and written English is a must OR
- Good command of spoken Bahasa is a must
- Team Player and good attitude
- Service-minded and able to work efficiently in high pressure environment with patient
- Experience in a call center or customer service will be an advantage
- Flexible on work assignment and work as a shift
- Able to operate MS Office (Word, Excel)
